TERMS OF THE LOYALTY CARD

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOYALTY CARD FOR PENSJONAT KAZIMIERSKI HOTEL

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Card, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms,” set forth the rules for issuing and using the Loyalty Card, hereinafter referred to as the “Card,” at the Pensjonat Kazimierski Hotel in Kazimierz Dolny, operated by Pensjona Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel.”
  2. The rules for issuing and using the Card constitute the Loyalty Card Program.
  3. The Terms are effective as of May 1, 2014.
  4. The Card is available to any adult individual who purchases a stay at the Hotel from May 1, 2014. The Card is assigned a Customer number, and the recipient becomes its “holder.” The Card is non-personalized.
  5. A Customer who receives the Card is registered in the Hotel’s database.
  6. The person entitled to use the Card is the Customer – the cardholder.
  7. The Customer accepts the provisions of the Terms upon receiving the Card and acknowledges having read them.
  8. The Card is not a payment, ATM, or credit card.
  9. In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the Card, the Customer should contact the Hotel to issue a replacement card. The lost Card becomes invalid.
  10. The Card remains the property of the Hotel, which reserves the right to cancel it if the holder shares it with third parties. An invalidated Card must be returned.
  11. The cardholder earns points by purchasing overnight stays at the Hotel. For each subsequent purchase, the Customer must present the Card to the seller. This is a mandatory condition to earn points.
  12. Points are awarded for each night spent at the Hotel. One hotel night entitles the holder to one point.
  13. Points are credited at the time the Customer pays the full price for the purchased stay for which points are to be earned.
  14. Accumulating 6 (six) points entitles the Customer to a reward of one free night at the Hotel.
    Points can be used immediately or accumulated and redeemed later for higher-value rewards.
  15. Redeeming a reward will result in the corresponding reduction of points.
  16. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to grant the reward mentioned above at the Customer’s chosen time if there is no availability due to full occupancy. In such cases, the Customer has the right to use the free night on another date agreed upon with the Hotel.
